The City of Tifton has implemented a new Financial and Utility Billing application to improve and streamline the Utility Billing and payment processes for all customers.
These improvements provide increased security while adding additional features that allow each customer the ability to view and manage their bill and payment options online.

- Scheduling of Payments for a *future* date
- Auto-Pay – recurring monthly payments paid on a set date
- Flex-Pay – payers create their own ‘budget’ payment schedule within a billing cycle
- Account Linking: pay multiple bills at once for multiple properties, plus manage all accounts through one registration
- Multiple e-mail reminders per bill
- Payment confirmation receipt
- Auto-Pay/Scheduled payment reminder
- Mobile friendly and pay by Text capabilities
We are pleased to let you know that payments made via e-check (ACH /bank draft) are FREE.
Please note that a nominal convenience fee of $2.95 is now being charged by our payment processor for all credit and debit card transactions. THE CITY OF TIFTON IS NOT CHARGING THIS FEE.
